To address the issue, do the following:

  1. Log on to the Business Support Portal.
  2. Request a temporary code then use it to access your account.
  3. Click on your Account Name > Profile.
  4. Toggle off the 2FA, then click Disable.
  5. Toggle on the 2FA, then click Set up now.
  6. Use TrendConnect App or use another authenticator app to setup 2FA.
