To address the issue, do the following:
- Log on to the Business Support Portal.
- Request a temporary code then use it to access your account.
- Click on your Account Name > Profile.
- Toggle off the 2FA, then click Disable.
- Toggle on the 2FA, then click Set up now.
- Use TrendConnect App or use another authenticator app to setup 2FA.
