  1. Take VMware 8.0 as example. Choose the service gateway virtual machine (VM) and click Edit Settings.

  2. Change the hard disk size. Given 300GB as an example, click Edit Settings to check the hard disk size. Make sure the storage is already extended.

  3. Wait for a couple of minutes. Go to the Trend Vision One console and extend the service gateway partition storage.
  4. In the console, check the details of service gateway.

  5. Click the storage configuration and extend the partition of the service gateway.

  6. Extend the data or service partition of service gateway, then click Increase Storage. Wait until the configuration is finished.

  7. Check the storage information to confirm if the partition was extended.

  1. Shutdown the service gateway VM and select it, then click Settings... on the VM.

  2. Choose the hard driver and click Edit.

  3. Click Next and go to “Choose action”.

  5. Input the new hard disk storage size. Click Next then click Finish.

  6. Click OK or Apply to apply the new configuration.

  7. Wait for a couple of minutes. Go to the Trend Vision One console and extend the service gateway partition storage.
  8. In the console, check the details of service gateway.

  9. Click the storage configuration and extend the partition of the service gateway.

  10. Extend the data or service partition of service gateway, then click Increase Storage. Wait until the configuration is finished.

  11. Check the storage information to confirm if the partition was extended.

  1. Choose the Service Gateway VM and click Storage > Volume.

  2. Click on Actions, and then choose Modify volume.

  3. Change the volume size. Take for example you are given 250GB, click on Modify. Make sure that the storage is already extended.

  4. Wait for a few minutes then go to Trend Vision One console and extend the service gateway partition storage.
  5. In the console, check the details of the service gateway.

  6. Click on the storage configuration and extend the partition of the service gateway.

  7. Extend the data or service partition of service gateway, then click Increase Storage. Wait until the configuration is finished.

  8. Check the storage information to confirm if the partition was extended.

  1. Choose the Service Gateway VM. Click on Disks, then click the detailed disk name.

  3. Change the disk size. If for example, you are given 306GB, make sure the storage is already extended.

  4. Restart the Service Gateway VM.
  5. In the console, check the details of service gateway.

  6. Click the storage configuration and extend the partition of the service gateway.

  7. Extend the data or service partition of service gateway, then click Increase Storage. Wait until the configuration is finished.
