If you are having issues logging on to the mobile version of Trend Micro Worry Free Mobile Security. To properly resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:
- Use the Email link to install the Security Agent.
- Use the QR code to login in the application.
- Generate the QR code using the following steps:
- Open the WFBS-SVC console.
- Navigate to Security Agents>All Security Agents>Add Security Agent.
- From the 'Send Installation Invitation' option, click 'View Email Content'.
- Download the QR code from the 'Email Content' section.
- Open the Mobile Security for Business application and choose 'Login with QR code'.
- Scan the QR code you've generated.
- Generate the QR code using the following steps:
By following the above steps, you should be able to log in to the mobile version of Trend Micro WF Mobile Security without any issues.
