If you are having issues logging on to the mobile version of Trend Micro Worry Free Mobile Security. To properly resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:

  • Use the Email link to install the Security Agent.
  • Use the QR code to login in the application.
    1. Generate the QR code using the following steps:
      1. Open the WFBS-SVC console.
      2. Navigate to Security Agents>All Security Agents>Add Security Agent.
      3. From the 'Send Installation Invitation' option, click 'View Email Content'.
      4. Download the QR code from the 'Email Content' section.
    2. Open the Mobile Security for Business application and choose 'Login with QR code'.
    3. Scan the QR code you've generated.

By following the above steps, you should be able to log in to the mobile version of Trend Micro WF Mobile Security without any issues.
