If you are unable to migrate Deep Security agents to Cloud One Workload Security, and if you are seeing agent offline or anti-malware engine offline issues, the following steps may help:

  1. Uninstall existing version of Trend Micro DSA in Programs from control panel on the server.
  2. Download the DSA Cut tool from the link given below to clear all other remnants.
  3. From the upper right corner of your console, click Support and then Download agents. Find and download the latest installer for Windows 64 bit.
  4. Import the .msi installer to the server and install the agent.
  5. Activate the agent after installing and apply the policy: https://success.trendmicro.com/solution/000288766

The above steps may not only help resolve the issue of offline agents but also help ensure complete migration of Deep Security agents to the Cloud One Workload Security platform.
