Usually, there will be no impact if your libraries can support TLS 1.2 or above. After disabling support for TLS version 1.0/1.1, API calls made from script with old version libraries (TLS 1.0/1.1) will have connection error to the mentioned hosts.
Ensure that the library used for API calls is updated to TLS 1.2 or later.
