SMEX installed on an Exchange clustered environment requires all Servers (Installed with SMEX) to be registered to Trend Vision One.
 
  1. Log in to the Trend Vision One console.
  2. Navigate to Service Management > Product Instance, and then click the Add existing product button.

  3. Select Scanmail for Microsoft Exchange.

  4. Click on the Click to generate the Enrollment Token link.

  5. Once the token is generated, click on the Copy button, and then click Save.

  6. Setup the enrollment from the SMEX console. Do the following:
    1. Log in to the SMEX web console by doing one of the following:
      • Using a web browser, access the SMEX web console URL: https://<IP address or FQDN>:16373/smex
      • Use the ScanMail Management Console desktop shortcut
         
        This option is available only when you are on the SMEX Server.

    2. Navigate to Trend Vision One > Integration Settings.

    3. Paste the Enrollment token in the Trend Vision One Token field, tick the Forward policy Event logs to Trend Vision One option, and then click Register.

    4. Wait for the Registration to finish.

      Once done, click on the < Success button.

  7. Verify the connection. Do the following:
    • In the SMEX web console, go to Trend Vision One > Integration Settings. The Connection Status will display "Registered | Connected".

    • In the Trend Vision One console, navigate to Service Management > Product Instance, the Scanmail for Exchange instance will appear as Connected.

  1. Log in to the Trend Vision One console.
  2. Navigate to Service Management > Product Instance, and then click the Add existing product button.

  3. Select Scanmail for Microsoft Exchange.

  4. Click on the Click to generate the Enrollment Token link.

  5. Once the token is generated, click on the Copy button, and then click Save.

  6. Set up the enrollment from the SMEX console. Do the following:
    1. Log in to the SMEX web console by doing one of the following:
      • Using a web browser, access the SMEX web console URL: https://<IP address or FQDN>:16373/smex
      • Use the ScanMail Management Console desktop shortcut
         
        This option is available only when you are on the SMEX Server.

    2. Navigate to Trend Vision One > Integration Settings.

    3. Do the following:
      1. Paste the Enrollment token in the Trend Vision One Token field.
      2. Tick the Enable Service Gateway connection box, and enter the Service Gateway IP address on the Service Gateway address field.
      3. Tick Forward policy Event logs to Trend Vision One.
      4. Click Register.

    4. Wait for the Registration to finish.

      Once done, click on the < Success button.

  7. Verify the connection. Do the following:
    • In the SMEX web console, go to Trend Vision One > Integration Settings. The Connection Status will display "Registered | Connected"
