If the Trendmicro Agent keeps going offline after patching and uploading the kernelsupport file in Deep Security, it is likely that the OS kernel is not supported under the current Kernel Support Package (KSP). In this case, the OS kernel is supported under KSP below which requires a minimum DSA version of 20.0.0-7943.
To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:
- Upgrade DSA to 20.0.0-7943 or the latest DSA version.
- Download the KSP from the following URLs: and .
- Open DSM, go to Administration > Updates > Software > Local > Import.
- Import the KSP files.
- Reactivate the DSA.
After completing these steps, the Trendmicro Agent should no longer go offline after patching and uploading the kernelsupport file in Deep Security.
