Based on our observation and troubleshooting steps, it seems that the issue is related to the unsupported kernel version on the RHEL 7 agents. To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:
- Check if the Linux kernel version is in the list of supported kernel versions.
- If the kernel version is supported, import the latest Kernel Support package to Deep Security Manager.
- If the kernel version is not supported, upgrade the kernel to a supported version.
- Verify if Secure Boot is enabled and supported by Deep Security Agent on this Linux version. If Secure boot is supported, enroll Deep Security Agent's key.
- Check if Kernel Module Authentication is enabled and try disabling those features by removing specific parameters.
- If the issue persists, check the logs and events to identify the cause of the Anti-Malware Engine with Basic Functions error.
