Troubleshooting:
- Duplicate hostname in Endpoint Inventory
- This issue can occur on both persistent and non-persistent virtual desktops when the endpoint has the same hostname but with a different GUID.
To remove duplicate hostnames, you may manually or automatically remove the endpoint by referring to Removing endpoints from the Endpoint Inventory 2.0 and Trend Vision One Endpoint Security console.

- Non-persistent endpoint does not automatically remove
- If the endpoint was not removed after the configured number of day(s) in the Automatically remove the inactive non-persistent virtual desktop Endpoint Sensor endpoints, submit the C:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\Endpoint Basecamp\logs\ to Trend Micro Technical Support.
