If some files on a customer's SharePoint were quarantined or deleted by Trend Micro Cloud App Security (CAS), they can be added to the allow list by following these steps:

  1. Log in to the CAS console using the provided URL and login ID.
  2. Go to TMCAS > Policies > Organization > Advance Threat Protection.
  3. Select the relevant policy name and click on the Approved Lists tab.
  4. Under Files, select the Personal list and add the file path.

By adding the file path to the allow list, the files will no longer be quarantined or deleted by CAS. If you require further assistance, please contact Trend Micro Support.
