- Login to Business Success Portal (BSP)
- Once signed in, click on the user account on the top-right corner of the BSP home page and select Dashboard.
- Click New Case on the left hand pane
- Choose the product and operating system of the affected machine
- Select problem category of your concern
- Upon typing your concern, it will show up KBs as recommendation to solve your concern
- You may opt to proceed and select the severity and enter more description of the issue
- If you click "Submit", a pop up will appear with recommended KB to look up that might resolve the issue
- Click "Proceed to submit case", it will proceed in creating a case
