  1. Login to Business Success Portal (BSP) 
  2. Once signed in, click on the user account on the top-right corner of the BSP home page and select Dashboard.


     
  3. Click New Case on the left hand pane


     
  4. Choose the product and operating system of the affected machine
  5. Select problem category of your concern


     
  6. Upon typing your concern, it will show up KBs as recommendation to solve your concern


     
  7. You may opt to proceed and select the severity and enter more description of the issue 


     
  8. If you click "Submit", a pop up will appear with recommended KB to look up that might resolve the issue


     
  9. Click "Proceed to submit case", it will proceed in creating a case
