The real-time search component of Worry-Free SaaS Agent currently has an issue when using Microsoft Azure Backup Server (MABS). Disabling the real-time search component allows backups to work without errors. However, the error occurs when the real-time search component is enabled.

To troubleshoot this issue, perform the following steps:

  1. Disable "Self-Protection," "Scan Network File" and "Client Server Sync." Exclude all drives and check if issue persists.

If the issue persists after excluding all drives, follow the steps in Option 2 in the Agent Debug Tool (ADT):

  • Disable "Trend X."
  • Disable "Scan Incoming File/Scan Outgoing File."
  • If the issue still persists, unload AEGIS driver or stop the UMH Service.

If the issue still persists, the backend team may request for CDT logs under certain conditions.

The solution to this issue involves adding the following into the exception file and folder list:

  • *\System Volume Information\DpmFilter*
  • *\System Volume Information\DFSR
  • *\System Volume Information\SRM

Please add the related processes, signed and certified by TPL into the TPL to fully resolve the issue.
