Starting October 14, 2024, Worry-Free Business Security Services promotion to Trend Vision One SMB Experience is now available.

Trend Vision One SMB Experience allows Small Business & Medium Business Organizations to increase operational efficiencies by leveraging a multi-tenant security platform that provides risk visibility, attack surface & exposure management, cloud security, and identity security. The platform ensures optimal productivity for teams with insights that are actionable across all managed endpoints.

Who will receive Trend Vision One SMB Experience promotion preview?

  • Customers who use Worry-Free Business Security Services managed under Client Licensing Portal (CLP) which has “T=TM” in their web console URL: https://clp.trendmicro.com/?T=TM
  • Customers who have already provisioned Trend Vision One in their CLP Accounts are not eligible.
  • Customers with Worry-Free Business Security Services License Date Validity greater than 30 days are eligible
  • Worry-Free Business Security On-Premises will not be part of the Promotion Scope
 
For customers who have already provisioned Trend Vision One, a banner will be displayed which shows Open console to redirect to the Trend Vision One web console.
 
The content of the promotion banner and content may change but the onboarding process will be the same.
  1. Under the Worry-Free Business Security Services Web Console Dashboard, the promotion banner will appear. Click View Details to initiate the onboarding process:

  2. After clicking View Details, Trend Vision One promotion pop-up will appear:

  3. Click Get Started to redirect to the Trend Vision One Onboarding Portal.
     
    Only the Worry-Free Business Security Services Root Account can perform the onboarding to Trend Vision One
  4. Trend Vision One will require you to enter a new email address as a Primary User Account to be used to sign in to the console.

    • Your Primary User Account email address and password will also be your sign-in credentials for the Customer Licensing Portal, replacing your previous root account credentials. After Upgrade, rollback to the previous Account before onboarding to Trend Vision One is not possible.
    • Email Address to be used as Primary User Account should not be a registered Primary User Account to an existing Trend Vision One Account.
  5. Enter the verification code sent and click Submit.
  6. After providing a new email address and clicking Verify Email, a verification code will be sent to the new email address provided.

  7. Create a new password and then click Reset Password.

    You will get a notification stating that the password reset is successful.

  8. After successfully updating your password, Trend Vision One Onboarding Portal will show activation status.

  9. Sign in to Trend Vision One using the Primary User Account email address and password set from the steps above.

Eligible users will receive a 30-day free trial after onboarding to Trend Vision One.

Worry-Free Services Security Agent should be upgraded to build 6.7.3773/14.3.1209 or later.
