Usage and Monitoring Information
Cloud One will collect usage information of the Open Source Security by Snyk service for billing and troubleshooting purposes. Collection of this information cannot be configured or disabled.

Cloud One – Open Source Security by Snyk uses the Snyk platform to monitor and evaluate source code for open source vulnerabilities. Trend Micro does not provide Snyk with any customer identity information.

- Operating system and platform
- Information about your usage:
- URL Clickstream to, through, and from the Snyk platform
- What you viewed or searched for
- Page response times
- Download errors
- Length of visits to certain pages
- Page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouseovers)
- Methods used to browse away from the page
- Information from other sources:
- Third party authentication information about you, including your GitHub user name and your email address
