If the upgrade to 20.0.1+ has already been attempted and error already occurred for the relay, follow these steps:

  1. In the Workload Security console go to Computers.
  2. Right-click the relay computer where the error occurred.
  3. Go to Actions > Clear Warnings/Errors.
  4. Upgrade the Relay manually. For detailed instructions, refer to the Help Center article, Upgrade the agent: Upgrade the agent manually. The referred-to are for agents, but they work for relays as well.

It is suggested to upgrade new relay set a as reverse proxy to version revision 20.0.1 manually. Use instructions from the Help Center article, Upgrade the agent: Upgrade the agent manually.
