How to Verify and Set Your Password:

  1. Visit the Portal: Click on this link to access BSP https://success.trendmicro.com
  2. Click Log in to Dashboard

  3. Click the Account and Reset Password button.

  4. Enter your registered email address and click Verify Email.

  5. You should have received a verification code in your email. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder or reach out to our support team for assistance.
  6. Enter the verification code on the portal.

  7. Create a new, strong password.
