Views:

  1. Log in to the Apex One management console.
  2. Go to Agents > Agent Management.
  3. Right-click the desired domain group or endpoint, then select Setting > Scan Settings > Real-time Scan Settings.
  4. Go to the Scan Exclusion tab, and under Scan Exclusion List (Directories), type "\Device\HardDiskVolumeShadowCopy*" then click Add (plus).

  5. Click Save.

  1. Log in to the Apex Central management console.
  2. Go to Policies > Policy Management, select policy name or create a new policy.
  3. Select Real-time Scan under Anti-Malware Scans.
  4. Go to the Scan Exclusion tab, and under Scan Exclusion List (Directories), type "\Device\HardDiskVolumeShadowCopy*" then click Add (plus).

  5. Click Deploy.
