To optimize the TMCM and OfficeScan synchronization:
- Navigate to {OfficeScan installation folder}\PCCSRV\CmAgent\, and open the Agent.ini file using a text editor like Notepad.
- Under the [Network] section, edit the following parameter:
HttpTimeoutSec=300
- Save and close the file.
- Go to {OfficeScan installation folder}\PCCSRV\CmAgent\, and open the Product.ini file using a text editor like Notepad.
- Under [Configure] section, edit the following parameters:
ClientInfoPollingInterval= 600
BatchedClientStatusCommandSize=50
BatchedClientSize=50 - Save and close the file.
- Restart the Officescan Control Manager agent service.
