On the Apex One client that has the mismatch cert log:
- Copy the <Agent Installation folder>\OfcNTCer.dat to another folder.
- Rename it as OfcNTCer.cer.
- Double-click the renamed file, and select the Details tab.
- Check the serial number.
On the OSCE server:
- Open Run, type "MMC", and then click OK.
- Click File > Add or Remove Snap-ins.
- Select Certificates > Add > Computer Account > Next > Local Computer > Finish > OK.
- Select Console Root > Certificates (Local Computer) > OfficeScan NT > Certificates.
- Double-click the OfficeScan Server NTSG and select the Details tab.
- Check the serial number.
The serial numbers of the client and the server should be the same.
