On the Apex One client that has the mismatch cert log:

  1. Copy the <Agent Installation folder>\OfcNTCer.dat to another folder.
  2. Rename it as OfcNTCer.cer.
  3. Double-click the renamed file, and select the Details tab.
  4. Check the serial number.

On the OSCE server:

  1. Open Run, type "MMC", and then click OK.
  2. Click File > Add or Remove Snap-ins.
  3. Select Certificates > Add > Computer Account > Next > Local Computer > Finish > OK.
  4. Select Console Root > Certificates (Local Computer) > OfficeScan NT > Certificates.
  5. Double-click the OfficeScan Server NTSG and select the Details tab.
  6. Check the serial number.

The serial numbers of the client and the server should be the same.
