In order to successfully transfer an agent from one Apex One (Mac) server to another, the Move Agent feature should use port 4343 because Apex One (Mac) hosts the ActiveUpdate in this port. This is the default setting configured during the installation of OfficeScan server.

After confirming the port number and IP address and entering these details into the Move Agent window, it is suggested to use the IP address or the Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN). It is because Mac cannot usually resolve the hostname.
