The issue is caused by Virus Scan Engine that is upgraded to 12.200.1020 binary that missed some version information. Active Update failed to compare it with the newest version and try to update it every time a deployment starts.

This scan engine has been removed and replaced by version 12.200.1025. You may use the ServerProtect for Storage management console to download and deploy the Scan Engine 12.200.1025.

To resolve the issue, change the frequency of the scheduled deployment task to Daily:

  1. Open the Management Console then go to Task > Existing Task.
  2. Select Information Server in the middle panel.
  3. Select the Deploy in the right panel, then click Modify.
  4. In the pop-up dialog, tick the Modify task definition checkbox and click OK.

  5. In the next dialog box, click Modify.

    The Schedule Settings window appears.

  6. Under the Scheduled Time section, adjust the Frequency and set it to Daily.
