InterScan Web Security Virtual Appliance 6.5 SP3 will not support Vulnerability Claim (VC) fix after June 30, 2024. Existing users can upgrade to InterScan Web Security Virtual Appliance 6.5 SP4.
 

The following enhancements and changes are included in this service pack:

  • Enhancement 1:

    This service pack switches the operating system from CentOS to standard Rocky Linux to ensure consistent support and maintain hardware/hypervisor compatibility with Rocky Linux.

  • Enhancement 2:

    This service pack adds support for installation on hardware with UEFI Secure Boot enabled. If you need to switch to bridge mode, hardware "Secure Boot" must be disabled first.

  • Update 1:

    If you have a network interface card (NIC) with LAN bypass features, please note that LAN bypass features in bridge mode are not supported in this service pack.

Installation

For in-box upgrade, InterScan Web Security Virtual Appliance 6.5 SP4 upgrade package are available on the Download Center.

 
This is an EN version release, and will only support inline upgrade from InterScan Web Security Virtual Appliance 6.5 SP3 EN. For InterScan Web Security Virtual Appliance 6.5 SP3 JP, the version has already reached End-of-Life (EOL).
 

For fresh installation, download the installation package from the Business Support Portal.
