To resolve the issue:
- Unshare the :..\Trend Micro\Security Server\PCCSRV directory.
- Right-click PCCSRV and select Properties > Sharing.
- Click Do not share this folder and then click OK.
- Reinstall the security server.
If the procedure still fails:
- Manually uninstall the security server.
- Reinstall the security server.
