Steps

To use the IPXFERHelper Tool:

  1. Download the IPXFERHelper Tool from this link. Use the word trend as the password.
  2. Launch the tool on your OfficeScan or Apex One server.
  3. Click Get Server Info.

    If successful, the fields will be populated with the information from the server.

     
    For OfficeScan XG or later, you will need to enter the unload agent password in the Password field.
  • "Create UNC Command" will create a text file (IPXFER_UNCCommand.txt) with the UNC command based on the information from the server.
  • "Create Local Command" will copy the necessary executable (IpXfer.exe, IpXfer_x64.exe) and certificates (OfcNTCer.dat) to a folder called IPXFER_Package, and will generate a text file (IPXFER_LocalCommand.txt) with the local command to run.
