To check if URL Filtering and Web Reputation functions are enabled, do the following options below:
- Check if the Trend Micro Plugin is enabled.

- HTTPS check relies on user-mode hooking. Enable the following:
- Go to Behavior Monitoring Settings.
- Enable Malware Behavior Blocking.
- Enable Program inspection to detect and block compromised executable files
- Click Save.
Additional services are required for Apex One and Apex One as a Service.
- Go to Additional Service Settings
- Enable Unauthorized Change Prevention Service
- Enable Advanced Protection Service
- Click Save.
- Check if tmumh driver and DLLs are running.
Open the command prompt and check the status of the following using "sc query" command:
