DDD 5.3 Patch 2 supports Recurring Plans feature, allowing customers to run configuration replication plans regularly to sync Trend Micro Deep Discovery Email Inspector (DDEI) configurations.

Supported Products

• DDD 5.3 Patch 2 (B1261)
• DDEI 5.1 Hotfix B1426 or above
   

  For the DDEI Hotfix, contact Trend Micro Technical Support to request it.

   

System Requirements

1. DDD 5.3 GM Build 1130
2. DDD 5.3 Critical Patch Build 1228
    

   Critical Patch (B1228) is required to install Patch 2.

    

Post-Installation Configuration

DDD

After applying the Patch2, configure “Recurring Plans” in DDD web console (Go to Appliances > Plans) if you want to use it.

DDEI

After applying the DDEI Hotfix, enable “Configuration Import” option in the DDEI hidden console page if you want to replicate the policy related settings only from DDD. For more detailed steps, refer to the article: Trend Micro Deep Discovery Email Inspector (DDEI) 5.1 Hotfix 1426 provides the option to import only policy settings replicated from Deep Discovery Director (DDD) in hidden page
