“Protection at risk. The agent is not registered to any server” error appears after installing the Trend Micro Apex One™ (Mac) agent
After installing the Apex One (Mac) agent, the following error message can be seen:“Protection at risk. The agent is not registered to any server.”

"Console Access Problem..." appears when installing Trend Micro Apex One™ (Mac)
When you imaged an existing Apex One or Worry-Free Business Security server with the Apex One (Mac), change the IP address, and deploy the TMSM clients, you are unable to open the console and the following error message appears:Console Access Problem.Trend Micro Security has not been registered to its parent server, or is not functional because the server has not been activated.
JAMF deployment information in Apex One (Mac)
For OS X 10.7 and later, a Mobile Device Management (MDM) profile will be installed. This profile allows JAMF Pro administrators to remotely configure settings on the Mac. Basic security settings will be set during enrollment to ensure compliance with UNL policies.
